T-Mobile Taps Lux to Develop Online Product Tours
November 6, 2002 - Seattle
Lux, a Seattle-based online design, development, and documentation company, has been chosen by T-Mobile (formerly VoiceStream) to design and build online product tours for the T-Mobile line of products and services. Lux designers and developers are creating animated multimedia pieces designed to augment T-Mobile's online marketing and sales, now available on the T-Mobile website.
Based in Bellevue, WA, T-Mobile USA is one of the fastest growing wireless service providers in the country, serving over 8 million customers. T-Mobile International is the wireless subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG (NYSE:DT). Deutsche Telekom's subsidiaries and affiliated companies provide wireless services to more than 69 million customers worldwide, making it one of the top 3 global wireless carriers in the world, and the first wireless communications company to offer service on both sides of the Atlantic with a single global brand name and a single digital technology standard - GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications).
"Visual communication is central to our service offering," said Lux Creative Director Ben Tompson. "It's a great way to show off the full spectrum of what we do for a banner client like T-Mobile."
Lux is an online design, development, and documentation company, based in Seattle, Washington. Lux clients include Microsoft, PEMCO, T-Mobile, Tommy Bahama, IDX, Valley Medical Center, Akamai Technologies, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and Rabanco.
