Lux Works with TeleSym on New Web Projects
February 15, 2005 - Seattle
Lux, a Seattle- and London-based online design, development, and documentation company, announced today that it has recently completed work for TeleSym, a leader in voice-over-IP technology.
Lux worked with TeleSym to develop forms for their current website, tying them into their CRM service, SalesForce.com, and allowing them generate emails to customers. Lux also implemented TelSym's new redesigned site, working with their designers to expand the functionality of the original forms on the ASP .NET platform.
TeleSym is focused on the growing Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) marketplace. The company's SymPhone system delivers the highest quality voice communications on laptops, PCs, and Pocket PC mobile devices over any broadband IP network. SymPhone is an enterprise-class solution that supports key telephony standards such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). In addition, the system is designed to be inter-operable with the full range of PBX and network environments in the enterprise.
Lux is an online design, development, and documentation company based in Seattle and London. Lux clients include Microsoft, PEMCO, T-Mobile, Tommy Bahama, IDX, Valley Medical Center, Akamai Technologies, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, and Rabanco.
